Motichoor Ladoo Cheesecake

Ingredients:


  1. Cookies - 120 g

  2. Butter - 60 g

  3. Gelatin - 10 g

  4. Water - 30 g

  5. Cream Cheese - 200 g

  6. Sugar - 55 g

  7. Yogurt - 100 g

  8. Motichoor ladoo - 6 pc

  9. Cardamom - 2 g

  10. Saffron - 1 g

  11. Whipping cCream - 150 g


Method of Preparation:


Measure all the ingredients properly.

Soak gelatin with the given amount of water and keep it aside for blooming.

Crush the Cookies and add butter to it.

Take a cake ring and set the cookie butter mix to the base and allow it to refrigerate by adding the crushed motichoor ladoo above the cookie base.

Whisk cream cheese and sugar together till smooth enough.

Add the yogurt to the above mix followed by saffron and cardamom and mix well.

Double boil the gelatin to melt it and add it to the above mixture and mix it slowly.

Finally, fold the whipped cream to the above batter.

Pour the batter to the cake ring where Cookies mix was placed and then allow it to refrigerate.

Serve it chilled.
