ASSOCIATION ZELENA DOLINA, JSC NOVI SAD FAIR, CULINARY FEDERATION OF SERBIA, SERBIAN CHEFS ASSOCIATION, CULINARY ASSOCIATION OF SERBIA, INTERNATIONAL CULINARY UNION (ICU) and HoReCa ASSOCIATION KRAGUJEVAC are inform you for the first GASTRO CUP SERBIA in the period from October 5th, to October 7th , 2017. GASTRO CUP SERBIA is senior competition for professional chefs, which were held within the GASTRO CHALLENGE OF DANUBE REGION, manifestation which also includes the junior part of the competition for representatives of secondary culinary schools and academies from Serbia and region. The whole manifestation were held within 50th jubilee Fair of tourism in Novi Sad named LORIST, which guarantees the attendance of over 40 thousand people. The competition were held in international hall Master, which is unique opportunity for interaction and exchange of experiences between representatives of the culinary profession and also among exhibitors who will be present and the same event. For the competition alone, five professional kitchen boxes are provided with the highest standards, while the sixth box is intended for lectures during the event itself, and we can proudly state that one of the lecturers were Mr. Stambol Gestamov.
