In Bulgaria's picturesque Velingrad, the International Culinary Union played a pivotal role in organizing the Best Chef Competition on June 8, 2019. At this esteemed event, Chef’s Club Velingrad was honored with official membership in the ICU Family, solidifying their commitment to culinary excellence.

Renowned Carving Master Chef and ICU Judge Silver Star, Bozhidar Dimitrov, orchestrated the Carving competition with finesse and expertise. His dedication ensured a seamless execution of the event, which highlighted exceptional talent in the art of culinary carving. Among the participants, Emi Hadjieva emerged victorious, earning the prestigious ICU Prize of 100.00€ for her outstanding performance.

The competition also saw Miss Pashove clinch the gold medal in the Carving category, while Snejana Kichukova earned recognition as the Silver Medalist. Their skillful craftsmanship and creative flair set a high standard in the world of culinary artistry.
