Chinggis Khaan’s Challenge Cup 2019 in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, promises to be a premier culinary competition for the second consecutive year. Hosted at the Misheel Expo Center from June 6th to 7th, this event features a diverse array of categories in the International Professional Chef Category /Senior/. From classic main courses like beef, lamb, and pork to modern Asian cuisine, nomadic BBQ dishes, vegetarian specialties, and intricate display challenges including chocolate and sugar art, participants compete at the highest standards.

Organized by the Mongolian Master Chef Association in collaboration with the International Culinary Union and Partner’s Team, led by Chef Alberto Guererro, President of ICU for Central and Latin America, the competition saw remarkable performances from teams like Mexico, securing two Silver medals and immense pride. This event sets a benchmark for culinary excellence, showcasing international talent and world-class standards in Mongolia’s capital city.
