In June 2017, International Culinary Union (ICU) member and esteemed Executive Chef Anas Khalil played a pivotal role as a judge at the prestigious Sri Lanka Colombo Food Expo. This distinguished event, organized by the Chef Guild of Lanka, spanned from the 28th to the 31st of June, showcasing the culinary prowess and creativity of chefs from across Sri Lanka.

Chef Anas Khalil, known for his leadership and culinary expertise as the Executive Chef at "Rawabina" restaurant in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, brought a wealth of experience to the judge's panel. His role not only highlighted his discerning palate and vast knowledge of culinary arts but also underscored his dedication to advancing the standards of gastronomy internationally.
