We would kindly like to inform you about the great success which International Culinary Union Presentation and Career Development event had in Varna – the heart of the bulgarian Black Sea coast.

More than 40 Executive chefs, hoteliers, F&B managers and curious owners of hospitality businesses.
Our special lecturer, chef Mihail Zdravkov – ICU International President, spoke about the strategy, targets, past events, new projects and culinary developments related with the International Culinary Union.
The ”right hands” of chef Zdravkov were our carving master and Judge Silver Star – chef Bozhidar Dimitrov. Organizational responsibilities, before and during the event, were carried out by Galin Nedyalkov. A young, motivated and very organized person who took care for the flawless execution of the whole event.
Our good hosts – Rosslyn Hotel Dimyat Varna – provided us with the best hall (Galateya), during one of the busiest periods of the active summer season in Varna.

We would like to thank to all of the people who attended the event. Without them, the presentation would not be the same and with such a great success.
