Becoming a Judge Silver or Golden Star of the International Culinary Union (ICU) is a prestigious achievement. Here’s how you can earn these honors:

To Become a Judge Silver Star:

  1. Prerequisite:

    • You must possess the Honorary Certificate “Chef Star 1” before proceeding.

  2. Application:

    • Download and complete the ICU Judge Silver Star form.

    • Send the completed form to our office email.

  3. Follow-Up:

    • Adhere to the instructions provided in the follow-up emails from an ICU member.

    • Ensure no blanks are left in your form.

To Become a

Judge Golden Star:

  • Prerequisite:

    • You must have two registered members (chefs) who have been awarded the Judge Silver Star.

  • Application:

    • Download and complete the ICU Judge Golden Star form.

    • Send the completed form to our office team.

  • Follow-Up:

    • Adhere to the instructions provided in the follow-up emails from an ICU member.

    • Ensure no blanks are left in your form.
