What you need to do:
You need to prepare from 1 to 3 signature, traditional or favourite dishes.
You can do а starter, main, dessert, cocktail or other.
The mandatory points which you need to follow are:
1. Let us know for your Name & Family Name
2. Your Nationality
3. Profile picture with chef jacket.
4. Picture of your dish (We do not accept google or other downloaded pictures or files)
– Make sure the picture of the dish is clear and only contain the dish (no selfies or other)
5. Send us recipe at English language (We do not accept google or other copied texts)
6. Advice or comment related to your dish
Recipes which do not match the above requirements will not be taken to participate in the contest!
You can add whatever you want as Vegetables, Meat, Herbs, Spices and others.
You can have more than one side dishes.
You can have more than one sauces.
You can do as much as you can Techniques, Shapes, Flavors and others.

1st part of your score (50% of your total score)
Every Like mean 1 point. You need to reach 100 Likes to get qualified for our prize and the person who collects the most points(likes) will win our prize.
2nd part of your score (the next 50% of your total score)
We are inviting an Honorary and Senior Members of ICU to score your Recipe/s. The 6 key points which our judges will be after are:
1. Professional performance (quality of the picture/s) from 0p. to 5p.
2. Recipe clearance (using correct measurements) from 0p. to 5p.
3. Ingredients (the right combination of products) – from 0p. to 20p.
4. Method of preparation (using of all ingredients, cooking sequence, correct using/explanation of the technique/s, variations of technique and equipment) – from 0p to 40p
5. Presentation (homogenizes, shapes, colours, creativity) – from 0p. to 20p.
6. Additional information (Advice or comment related to the dish) from 0p. to 10p.
The maximum score is 100 points
The final result will be combined by the Number of Likes and the marks of the Judges.
