In South Korea's Gwangju, we were privileged to participate in the prestigious 25th Gwangju World Kimchi Festival. Chef Rima had the wonderful opportunity to introduce Palestinian-inspired dishes with an international flair to culinary students. Among the highlights were Spanish and meat pies, skillfully crafted and shared within minutes.
Additionally, Chef Rima served as a judge in a two-day culinary competition, joining an esteemed international jury of chefs. The festival kicked off with grand opening ceremonies attended by dignitaries, politicians, and celebrities alike, underscoring its significance on the global culinary stage.
