Questionnaire Submission
Nominated businesses complete a detailed questionnaire, providing information about:

Sustainability and community initiatives.

A panel of ICU experts reviews the questionnaire and online presence.

Supporting evidence (customer reviews, photos, etc.) is analyzed for authenticity and impact.
Evaluation by Experts
Based on a scoring system, businesses are categorized into:

Golden Star: Exceptional businesses with notable impact.

Platinum Star: Industry leaders excelling across all criteria.
