International Culinary Union Member Bozhidar Dimitrov made a Carving MasterClass in the prestigious National Culinary Cup of Bulgaria 2017, which was held between 20th and 22nd of April in Plovdiv. There was the best culinary academy and schools in the country. We are happy that we had the opportunity to meet so many young and enthusiastic culinary talents. The level of all participants was extremely high and the competition was fierce. The national Culinary Cup of Bulgaria is one of the best place to meet really professional chefs and quality lecturers. Come and join us as a ICU Team next year.
